Your data, when using this website

This website only uses three cookie files: two of these are to enable server load balancing, and one to store your shopping basket.

These contain no personal identity information, and in itself are thus anonymous as a 3rd-party cannot use anything in the cookie to identify the visitor in any way.

In a traditional configuration, and by definition, the session cookie expires at the end of the visitor's session in the browser, or at a predefined time (typically 24 minutes) after their last "click", whichever is sooner.

If you create an account with us

We retain your data only in order to process your orders with us, and to save customers the trouble of having to re-enter the details every time they make a repeat order. If you create an account at our website, Joseph Harley Florists will hold your:

• Name and address
• Telephone number
• Post code
• Email address
• Previous orders

We do not hold your payment card details online. These are held by Monek Ltd, Innovation House, Davidson Road, Lichfield, WS14 9DZ, who act as our Data Processor in this regard. You can view their Statment of Compliance with the General Data Protection Act here
